We shopped for almost 2 years at well over half a dozen RV dealerships. John's RV has been hands down the best. Matt Rawl was great throughout the process. No pressure, no surprises, no extra fees. Chris handled the paperwork after the PDI and was great also. We were treated like family. Everyone there is great and very courteous. We took delivery of our 2017 Wildwood 261bhxl March 28th and have been very satisfied with the purchase and travel trailer. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else. You're not gonna get a better deal and be treated better anywhere else.

We have worked with Bill, Chris and Jeff for years. Will never go anywhere else. The whole crew is amazing and have become family. We recommend them to all of our friends and family.

We purchased a used 2017 Surveyor 266RLDS. The process was great. We knew the NADA on the camper, and the dealer asking price. We asked for, and immediately got, their best price and drove away with our new camper. AND, even though the manufacturer warranty wasn't transferable, Johns RV guaranteed the coverage for the remaining term of the warranty even when Forest River wouldn't. We will be back for our next one

Well worth the 16 hour drive. The staff that went over the trailer with me were great! Would definitely make the drive again for my next purchase. I wish they sold cars also, then it would be the perfect one stop shop!

Glad we made the drive. Martin was so patient and helpful. Fantastic group of people. No hidden costs or fees. Everything was open and honest. We had been looking for a larger travel trailer for three months. Visited numerous dealerships. We were very disatisfied with the shady business practices we experienced. So many bait and switch and hidden fees. What a breath of fresh air when we visited John's! No BS....just down to earth caring business.

So far I am pleased with the customer care from the folks at John's RV in Lexington, SC. It is only a few days since my purchase. However so far, so good. The sales experience was very good as Matt Rawl was available to answer all my questions over the time period from contact to sale. He was patient and informative. His brother Chris took care of the financing and was also very professional at what he did. Looking forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with this company and my new Winnebago View. We visited Johns RV on a Friday and found a used 2017 Surveyor that met our wants list. Before we left we had their best price. There was no haggle or stress. On Monday they had arranged financing with a great rate and terms. The Forest River warranty doesn't transfer, but the dealer agreed to cover any warranty issue for the remaining term of the original warranty (that's unheard of).
They also threw in some "free of charge" accessories that were greatly appreciated. This was a great experience that I never have seen from any dealer.

We were very pleased with our experience, and I go here for parts and service when needed. Family run, know their business, treat you fair.

Down home group of people.. Great service , honest , straightforward, no high pressure sales ..... just an amazing experience can't say enough about everyone we encountered when looking at and purchasing our camper . If and when we decide to upgrade or purchase another camper we won't go anywhere else . We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM .... thanks for everything Matt.

Recently, I asked Jeff Hershey and the John's RV Service team to address an inoperable macerator hose in my 2017 Airstream Interstate. I had not used their services previously and was unsure what support I would get since I had purchased the vehicle from another dealer.

I was very pleased with the service! Jeff as the Service Manager was very responsive and informative in our phone conversations and was very flexible for scheduling of the service. The team was able to diagnose the issue quickly and I had my vehicle available for pickup within a few days. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

We have been visiting John's RV for years and dreaming of the day we would actually make a purchase and roll away with a camper of our own. That dream was realized just two weeks ago and we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with this business.

We worked with Bill Baldwin and he was ever patient when year after year we visited and did not make a purchase. He provided brochures, answered our never ending questions and applied no pressure at all. This year we saw something on the lot that was just what we had been looking for, a small lightweight camper made by Riverside RV - a Retro. It is a newer line of campers that are made to resemble the canned hams of the 50's and 60's. Trouble was, the ones they had were just a little too heavy for our vehicle. Not a problem - Bill helped us research and find the perfect model and size for our needs and he placed an order for it and gave us a heck of a deal to boot.

The Retro RVs are made by the Amish and they take a bit of time if you order one rather than picking one off the lot but it was so worth the wait. When it came in they set a date for our pick up and a training session. When we went in to learn all about it they had it all set up for us with the air running, lights on, etc. We were able to experience it right there on the lot and try everything out. No rush, no push out the door. As a matter of fact, they didn't even sit down with us to finalize the payment until we went through the training, answered any questions and made sure we were happy.

Next they hooked it all up and got us ready to roll. The atmosphere there was so welcoming and just plain fun. Others were doing pick ups and we were all sharing stories of our camping excursions, etc. It was a wonderful exciting experience. As tent campers, this was a very new thing for us and we felt so supported in this endeavor.

We would greatly recommend John's RV to anyone in the market for anything camper related. They have been around for 40 years and are a family run business and everyone there is like family. Kudos for an awesome experience provided to us!! Thanks so much Bill!!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL I GOT ON MY NEW 2015 WILDWOOD. I TOLD CHRIS WHAT I WANTED AND MY PAYMENT GOAL AND HE MET THEM ALL. WE LOVE THE CAMPER. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WE HAD WITH THE DEALERSHIP WAS THE YOUNG MAN THAT DID OUR DELIVERY DEMO. HE ACTED LIKE HE REALLY WASNT INTERESTED IN BEING THERE.

WE HAVE TAKEN OUR CAMPER TO EDISTO BEACH AND HAD A GREAT TIME. WE LOOK FORWARD TO GOOD SERVICE FROM OUR WILDWOOD AND FROM JOHNS RV.

WE HAD WENT TO ANOTHER NATIONWIDE RV DEALERSHIP IN COLUMBIA AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO MATCH THE DEAL GIVEN TO US BY JOHNS RV.

We will return soon to upgrade our 2014 Sierra to a Class A...we will not go anywhere else...we were new to RV's and they were so helpful..after about 6 month we had trouble with the jacks and slides working, called them, they told us to come up and they took care of the problem while we waited..again..I WILL not go anywhere else to get my next one.

My husband and I have purchased 2 RVs from Johns RV. We would not go anywhere else. We get great service and advice from sales and service dept. I have recommended Johns RV to many friends and family. Now they are happy campers also.

The shopping experience with John's RV has been great from the beginning of the sale to the completion. Our salesman was Matt he did a fantastic job,was professional and had high concern to meet our needs. If there was any confusion Matt ensured that it was corrected immediately. All my wife and I can say is JOB WELL DONE.............We will return.
