Be EXTREMELY careful about giving your credit card information to this place. This is the SECOND TIME in less than three months that they have run my card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Brian blames his parents saying "they didn't know" & my card was "run by mistake". I let it go the first time because it wasn't worth the hassle & he ASSURED me it wouldn't happen again, but now he's done it again!! You don't play with people's money like that!! I will be removing my things ASAP & will warn everyone I can about their shady practices. This is inexcusable. He didn't even bother to call me!! Furthermore, their gate system is on the fritz more than it works. Why pay extra for a nice, secure facility if you don't consistently have access?! Their billing system is even worse and COMPLETELY unreliable! Just save yourself a headache & find a different storage facility. This one will give you migraines. Oh, & a return call to try to work things out when you have a problem?...don't hold your breath!

They will try and steal your stuff say you didn't pay when you know and have proof that you did they will put their lock on it to lock you out and say oh you moved out 2 months ago when you know you never did the GUY IS A BIG CHEATER HE'LL TRY AND CHEAT YOU EVERY CHANCE HE GET'S he said he made a mistake with the padlock and that I moved out and gave me a free month and then billed me for the free month so when I brought the check in to him he said oh I gave you that free month back I said here take this I'm moving my stuff out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM
