Millcreek is a poor representation to the title of Animal Hospital. Several follow up visits after surgery and the initial surgery(if you can call that hack job a surgery)were severely substandard. The facility was unclean and the level of neglect while under their supervision resulting in a $3,000.00 Emergency corrective surgery performed at the VCA on Fernandina Rd.Millcreek claims to do surgical procedures, however I was told by the Doctor that did my dog that the reason for not changing his blood soaked bandages every follow up visit was,"We don't even have those kind of non-stick bandages like you have." WOW! Animal hospital that doesn't have Walgreens non-stick bandages. What an insult to the profession. Unacceptable.....Shame on you Millcreek.

I am always very pleased with Dr. Vanessa Brooks at Millcreek! I have found her very caring and compassionate. She takes her time during your pets appointment to provide the best care and diagnosis. I feel Millcreek is reasonably priced while providing high quality care. I have both cats and dogs. I would give a five star rating, but they don't always respond to questions via their website.

Plain and simple, Millcreek is after your money. They don't provide a clean, comfortable environment, sympathy or answers for worried pet owners and from my experiences, they don't seem to truly care about the well being of animals. Not all of the vets at Millcreek are as cold or rude, but none of them were able to diagnose my dog with bacterial mange after 12+ skin scrapings at $15 each. Every time I've gone whether it's for a check up, illness or just getting nails trimmed, they manage to charge me roughly $100 and the medications he gets perscribed never seem to help. I would not reccomend Millcreek Animal Hospital to anyone. Pet Vac is much better, especially when it comes to your pet being ill.

Crazy

I found the practice was extremely hectic, people trying to hold it together. The Doctor was quick, being rushed, but sufficient. The staff was friendly. It has been almost a year since my visit, just not the care my beautiful babies deserved. You get what you pay for though. The prices were extremely competitive.

Most Caring

I visit Dr. Brooks, Dr. Barkley often with cockers. The staff and the Dr.'s are very caring and efficient. I trust them completely with the care of my dogs.
