My parents lived at Morningside of Lexington for a little over 7 years. This is a wonderful facility. It truly feels like one big family. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They cared for my parents as if they were their own parents. They got to know them so well, their little "quirks", and their likes and dislikes and then the staff went out of their way to treat my parents as individuals, and not just a resident. Everyone there goes the extra mile to see that the residents are happy, secure, and well taken care of. The facility is always kept so beautiful and clean, the food is great, there are wonderful activities always going on, and it is always such a cheerful place. The family is made to feel so welcome and they kept us well informed about everything. They were there to help me and my parents with whatever we needed. The staff treated my parents with respect and understanding and I always knew they were in good hands. I have nothing but good things to say about Morningside of Lexington. It is the best!

Recently had a family member who lived at Morningside of Lexington. The assisted living facility cannot be topped. Most importantly is the high quality of the healthcare that was provided to my mom. She loved living there. All of the residents seemed like a big family. The Morningside staff took very good care of my mom and took time each day to talk to her like she was their mama. Whenever I had any concerns, regardless of the scope of the matter, the Administrator and the head of nursing quickly responded to my needs. They were never to busy to listen to me. I could chat on this forever but must mention two more positive points about Morningside of Lexington. Resident activities were going on every day and were enjoyed by mom. She loved to sing with the others and considered herself the best bingo player of all. My final point is the food quality. The cooks have been there a long time and work for a licensed professional chef. When we took mom home for a visit more than once did she slip up and tell my wife how much she liked the food at Morningside. The problem was this comment often came while she was sitting down with us at our dinner table. Mom's honesty was nice, but her timing could have been better. The price of mom's stay was very fair and if anyone is ever in search of a great assisted living facilty don't forget to visit Morningside of Lexington.
