mungo homes is a joke. Recently spoke to david in the raleigh division who told me that im to analytical and I should just go with a resale instead of a presale. This guy won an award in customer service as well. Not quite sure if they got the rewards mixed up. First thing this joke of a sales agent shows me is his award before even showing me any customer service. Wasnt even under a contract and the service was terrible. Builder doesnt want you to do their reserach-if you did you would "ask the neighbors" and find out that after you close they have terrible customer service
