hi my name is lisa and i call palmetto awning and they do good job for my awnings i will call them again very good job

Pete put an awning on our back porch last May, 2015. It leaked so Pete came out and claimed he fixed it. It continued to leak. I called him and left messages with his wife. He never came back out to look at it. He eventually stopped answering the phone when we would call. This past month, part of the awning blew off and the gutters broke. He had 2 small screws holding part of the awning together and the screws were not even long enough to go through the wood. We called Pete and he said he would come look at it. He never did. He blocked my husband's number so he couldn't call him, so my husband used my phone. This is terrible customer services and he did a sorry job putting up this awning. We would not recommend him to anyone. Now, we plan to take him to small claims court to get our money back and hopefully find someone else who can do the job right.
