Provided by YP.comRogers Property Management Inc (RPMI) has been the property manager of my mobile home located at Basin Rock Ln since 2002. I have not had any problems with them within this time. In fact, out of the 12 years, there was only one time that my home was not rented for a period of three months. In addition, there really has not been a high turnover rate in tenants while RPMI has been managing my property. Even when there was an issue with a tenant RPMI took care of it right away. Heck, when I visited last time to inspect my property, arrangements were made prior to my arrival without complication. As far as upkeep, I can only say that I can rely on them 100% to ensure repairs are necessary and within budget. Lastly, I would like to say that I live in upstate New York and this is still not a hindrance with the business of managing my mobile home. They are a great group of people who take care of their tenants as well as the owners of the properties they manage

Provided by YP.comThis business and the people that work there are top shelf. They are professional, compassionate and bend over backwards to accommodate all parties. People who are not happy typically are the ones who want something for nothing or are never satisfied. Sad to see that their misery with themselves is vented towards this long standing, quality company. I have worked with Rogers for over 5 years and I know what I'm talking about.

Provided by YP.comI'm a little stunned to read the other reviews because our experience with Rogers Property Management couldn't have been any different. In fact, I HIGHLY recommend them to those looking for rental property in the area. We live in North Carolina and for 11 years they managed a rental house for us in Lexington with no gaps in the rentals. The repairs were few, infrequent, and definitely legitimate. They always took care of them with great speed but only after consulting with us first. Since It was a long term rental property, we surveyed our renters to make sure they were satisfied with our property management and it was unanimous - they all were! When we listed the property to sell, Rogers Property Management worked closely with us to find a renter who could accommodate showings without any hiccups or inconvenience to the renter. There is no question that if we ever have another rental property in that area of South Carolina, we will most certainly use them!

Provided by YP.comForehand and Nancy.Moore--- if I may ask, can you contact me via email at [email protected]? We are having issues with Lynn in particular. We are renting a condo through them, and may end up getting a lawyer because Lynn tried to con us into stepping out of our lease early because of issues we have had with the AC not working and leaking through the walls, which was never repaired (a loooong story), the dishwasher needing repair and other issues, saying the owner felt bad and would pay for our move if we decided to leave early, no penalties. We said that wouldn't be necessary, as the ac was finally working and things were back to normal, and moving would cost a lot. We did ask that due to the expense of having to stay in hotels with our kids a few times because of the AC issue as well as the outrageous electric bill from the AC constantly running for 2 months trying to cool the condo, that maybe a reduced rent amount or a forgiveness of the rent for the month of September would be better all around for all of us. Almost a month with no response (we emailed several times) and we finally got a response. Turns out, the owner just wanted to get rid of the expense of the rental property and move in, but decided to just rent an apartment herself since WE TOOK TOO LONG TO ANSWER!!!! Lynn KNEW the true situation from the get go and deliberately misled us. Now our rent is a week late because we had not heard from her and were not going to pay if we didn't have to. They are a shady group, especially Lynn. Not to be trusted.

Provided by YP.comWe had a contract on a condo through this company and they rented it two weeks before we were to move in without communicating with us. Lynn Walker (The property manager) says she doesn't have our contract, which was given to her. It will be interesting to see how she explains where the contract is when she refunds our deposit. This has been a huge inconvenience for us but no doubt it is a blessing in disguise because this company is a mess.

Provided by YP.comWe used this company to manage our rental property in Lexington, SC. Although they rented the property quickly, they called us nearly every month to have repairs made, which we paid for, which were confirmed later to be unnecessary or not completed properly. We recently moved back into our house and the "issues" that were supposedly fixed were either not fixed and we had to call another repairman, or were never issues at all example: a technician was called out twice about our heat pump ($75.00 each visit) and nothing was wrong with it as stated by the new technician that we had to follow up, our sink was supposedly repaired and paid for by us, but still had to be redone, our carpet had to be cleaned twice before the renters moved in at a cost of $125.00 each time, but when the renters moved out it only cost them $100.00 to clean it for us to move back in. Finally, our renters did things to the structure of the house that were not approved by us, adding light fixtures, etc. which would have meant a breach of the lease. We had to terminate the lease with our renters 6 months early due to a job transfer. The property management group gave us poor advice about how to address this circumstance. We ended up paying our renters $6,700 dollars and a free month's rent ($1,300) to move out. We could have claimed a breach of the lease on their part , had we known about the structure changes and got the renters out without paying anything but this was never explained to us. I am still concened about who did the wiring to the house as no one from Rogers will follow back up with us on the e-mail that I sent asking for clarification and more information. In fact they have had no contact with us regarding our questions following the renters move. We were willing to offer renters $3,600 to move out and it seemed that Rogers worked only in the best interest of the renter....not the landlord. If you are seeking a property management group that will care for "your" property in "your" best interest and not that of the renter....I would steer clear of Rogers.
