Sent my 18 yr old son to Wells Fargo to open an account. Mistake #1, I thought this would be a good learning experience for him. Also I figured that opening a new account with a job that direct deposits he might get $50 or $100, So when he came home with a Stuffed Horse, I decided to call and ask if there was a promotion for opening a new account and it was $50 but you had to ask for it. or hop on one foot and sing a song. This place still needs to learn customer service. Disappointing for my sons first experience, but at least he learned how he got gipped out of $50.
