Central Elementary School provides learning opportunities for students in kindergarten through grade five. It is a part of Rockbridge County Schools, which serves more than 4,000 students in nearly 10 educational facilities. Central Elementary School s educational program includes instruction in language arts, mathematics, health and physical education, science, social studies, computer skills, music and art. The school has a parent-teacher association that organizes various cultural arts programs and field trips. Its facilities include classrooms, a library and computer laboratory.
