The service dept at Rockbridge Ford is now under new Management.

I took my 08' F 250 diesel truck one month ago to be serviced for a light that read check break system. By the 3rd trip, the Service manager told me that he didn't know why it was on and that he would call Ford and get back to me within 48 hours. 1 week and 1/2 later, and still no word from him, while I was 3 hours away, I limp back into the Service center with a check engine light and a green engine light. I reminded him that I still hadn't heard about the first problem and tell him about my new problems, which he informs that me that he hadn't had a chance to call Ford yet. He said I could leave the truck with him and it would be 2 weeks before he could look at it and 2 months before he could fix it. Guess he I wouldn't buy a new car from?/
