Worked on plumbing upstairs run water all in my floor down stairs told him he said I know never offered to clean it up

Problem - hot water failed John Silva of Pioneer Plumbing answered my call that evening and we arranged a time for the next day. John knew right away what to do, made several safety checks and started to work. The electric hot water heater needed a new bottom element, needed to be flushed and then he removed a ton of limestone from within the bottom of the tank. Very efficient, and very friendly and explained everything he was doing.
