I'm a contractor and needed to find a distributor for the Eaton and Delphi systems. I found this company online and used them. I really regretted it! The customer service is non-existent here. I can tell that they don't have proper procedures in place because I was routed to several different departments to get my questions answered and no one knew how to respond to me or even who would be able to get me answers. After a long discussion with the Sales staff I released them from my contract. I would never recommend this place. They seem to be totally out of sync and not willing to help their customers.
