This ISP is by far the worst experience I've had. They may offer the best speeds in the Liberal area but that doesn't mean much if you can't connect all the time. It wasn't always like this though.

My family has been a customer of Zito Media since Feb 2017 and the first couple of months were great. It was a big upgrade of speeds from AT&T (18mbps) to Zito Media (100mbps). I couldn't be happier as a active gamer. If you pick their highest offered internet, you had no data cap as well. It was happy sailing... until Oct 2017.

Disconnect were frequent and would go as far as outages for hours. You would get no warning when it would happen. I've called it in time after time, only to be told "they were working on it" every call for like 3 months straight. It got better for a little only to go back to the disconnects.

I couldn't tell what was worse, the internet, the maintenance people, or the customer service. As people have reported, their internet is shotty and unreliable. Their maintenance team refuses to get a proper fix so they can milk the extra hours when they get sent out to "fix" it. The customer service is pretty much just full of empty promises.

Here we are in the middle of August, 2018 and the issues still happen. Guaranteed a disconnect everyday from 5 to 15 mins if you're lucky that it's not an outage. They cannot fix this SNR issue. As a gamer, I loved the speeds but to trade that for reliability/consistency needed for internet? No, it's not worth it. Pick any other ISP. Just anything but Zito Media.

When I just moved here, Liberal KS, from NYC, I was stunned that the only ISP i could find that was serving the area was AT&T. And their best product was 3MB/s DSL, and the actual speed I got from it was only around 1MB/s. I was crying. Then I received an ad from Zito Media which promised true cable Internet! I called to sign up immediately. The phone ordering process was not long, but the rep didn't sound very enthusiastic, which had me worried for a while. But after installation, my Internet is now flying at 20MB/s!
