Purchased brand new Jayco trailer in July or 2016. from this company paid for 2 year warranty so far we have had 12 major issues with this coach. Water heater was cracked, water pump was sucking air and not pumping right, AC unit leaks water all over main bunk. Have had to replace kitchen faucet, door handle to the bath room, the water pump and the heater. Floor under the main bunk had a large hole with plumbing exposed to the elements so when we went camping the ants invaded our living area. Every time we called to have repairs done "Under Warranty" we had to pay for the parts. I am doing most of the work myself because every time we call for repairs the service dept always tell us you'll have to take it somewhere else we are a month out on our services. "With this many problems with your equipment I can see why", Stay away from this company in Spokane!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased brand new 5th wheel w/ concerns about it only having 1 a/c unit. Other's we looked at had 2.We were assured that a/c unit was large enough to cool. purchased washer/dryer & generator w/deal needed installed at different camp world. Again assured would let other camping world know so parts could get ordered. Took 5th Wheel out A/C did not work (90 inside, had to sleep in truck), Vac system did not work, TV Systems did not work, doors did not stay open crashed down on my head. Left trip early loosing money. Called when got home & gotten run around ever since. Lied to multiple times, pushed off to different people, know one knows anything,been told that we didn't buy at right price point to get 2nd a/c; 89k...interesting! 3 weeks later still getting run around, parts that we paid for just got ordered, had to cancel 2 camping trips because things not working; kids heartbroken no family outings this summer. More money down the drain. DO NOT PURCHASE from this place!
