Provided by YP.comWhile shopping new homes, we were impressed by Greenstone's overall finishes in the home. After purchasing one, we quickly found that they weren't as "finished" and polished as they looked in the model homes. Problem after problem after problem. Tons of turn within their project managers who are supposed to be there to help. Told one thing, get another. Multiple items needing to be redone, fixed and multiple times. The company makes excuses for subpar work by their sub-contractors. They say what you want to hear, but their actions don't match up. Been highly disappointed in the lack of integrity in standing behind their work. Only by writing to the CEO directly did I get anything accomplished. Oh and I had to do that twice just to get anything done. When someone makes such a significant purchase, like a new home, you would think that as the CEO you would be highly concerned that a customer has written to you directly because your employees aren't getting the job done. Do not recommend.

Provided by YP.comI have owned a Greenstone Home for over six years. It has been a great home. Their attention to customer service and their quality of contruction has been fantastic. The Energy Star certifications really have saved money on utilities. The neighborhoods have been absolutely remarkable. Their attention to detail in all aspects of our community will keep me coming back to them for my next home purchase.
