Top notch. Communication with me was fantastic on expectations for repair times and any changes. Will take extra time to work with insurance company to navigate through that process. The repair work was fantastic, clean, down to every detail. If I needed assistance with picking up early or late, or needed a ride, I could definitely count on Carstar. Owner took time to visit which is something you don't see everyday. 5 stars is not enough! Bob Cole
