Heartless Cheverolet had my truck all day long, and when I picked it up...too much anger to continue to write. I'm done...

Provided by YP.comThis should be called HEARTLESS Chevrolet. GRANT White the MANAGER you sir don't know how to be professional. My husband made it clear since last week to get the car back but you decided not to respond. He called you yesterday already agreed to paying it to get ship back to you even after all the inconvenience you guys has caused and just give us our deposit money back. But you decided to send someone to repo the car. We were very nice with the repo guy I told her just let me get the stuff out of the car which includes some clothes, paperwork, money, all keys, and other stuff he said ok I can get it. I went inside the house to get the key and he just speed off dragging the car you can see the tire tracks in the entire community, tore the tires and the front end of the car. I just called your office and spoke to someone he said he will call me back. Let's see if any of you will actually call back. You owe us our deposit money whatever is the damage on the car you can held.the towing company responsible for it.
Trey Hubbard you even told my husband of we will not send you here if we know everything is not taken care off. Apparently it is not, you guys are a thief very quick in taking peoples money but really don't care about them. Do your job right. You are all disgusting! Thank you for ruining our vacation 2 wks ago and ruining out Thanksgiving.
GIVE US OUR DEPOSIT MONEY back!

Provided by YP.comThe service I've recieved from Heartland has been horrible. The service department worked on my car under warranty and put the wrong parts on the car which caused the car to run worse than when I brought it to them. I diagnosed the problem, put the right parts on the car and everything worked fine. When I asked the Service Manager to reimburse me for the incorrect parts that his technician placed on the car - he refused.
If your car has a warranty don't take it here. The warranty work and customer service from Joe and the Serivce Manager is the worst I've ever seen.

Provided by YP.comThis place is fraud!!! We moved in from out of state and brought our luxury SUV to be serviced. They put the cheapest parts in it and sent us on our way. The fix lasted 6 months and broke again. Now the vehicle was out of warranty and they wanted 6K to fix it.
One of my co workers told me they bought a car from them and paid for a GM certification. They brought their vehicle to a GM certified shop to be serviced. They learned Heartland sold them the certification but the vehicle was never certified. GM was contacted and an investigation is in progress. I hope GM closes Heartland's doors.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give zero stars, I would. They refused to give any info on a vehicle unless I came in person. I wanted to know the PRICE..... I was not going to go not knowing that! When I expressed that, suddenly the vehicle was "no longer available".... Convenient....... Not impressed, not one bit......

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment for my son to get his car brakes fixed before returning to college. It took almost 6 hours just to replace pads and rotors and nobody seemed to care he was waiting that long. This dealership will NEVER see another dime from my family.

Provided by YP.comI took my truck there to get some repairs that they said I needed to have done. not only did they not make the repair to the fuel system they said I need,they broke a fuel line ,and didn't even tell me they did it. So for the next two days I drove around smelling gas with my kids in my car and everytime I called them they told me it's the cleaner they used not gas. So I crawled under my truck and found the leak,called them and took it back to the dealership where they looked at it and told me it wasn't there fault even though they were working on the fuel line just two feet away from the break. It cost me $420 dollars for a two foot piece of gas line to make my truck safe for me and my kidskin bought this truck new here as well as my wife's 2012 thanks heartland for the honesty,loyalty to customers and integrity and mostly for making sure my truck was safe for my family after the repairs....that's a joke..

Provided by YP.comI had some fairly specific requirements and my sales guy at Heartland listened first then offered several ideas and options with me. That's the first time I've ever had a car salesman actually LISTEN before he tried to ramrod something down my throat. It was the BEST experience I've had at a dealership ever!

Provided by YP.comOn June 6, 2012 I came to agreement with the Used Car Salesman on a price for a vehicle. I have this in writing on Heartland Chevrolet letterhead with managers signature, and I put a deposit down. They kept pushing me off saying they couldnt find the paperwork on the vehicle, then the sales manager quit and it went on and on with excuses. Finally on June 19, 2012, I went in to sign papers and the finance guy raises the price of the vehicle on me. He says he has too much money tied up in this vehicle to sell it at the price I was quoted. What has happened to customer service? I would recommend NOT buying anything from this dealership.
