I really like the Blue Springs Shop and felt very welcome shopping there. This past week I ran into the Liberty Store for the first time. I had been to the hospital for a medical test and wasn't dressed up. There were some women from a class reunion in there and dressed nicely. I felt a distinct difference in the way they were treated and the way I was treated.

I felt the saleswomen made a judgement on superficial things. I was certainly clean and appropriate. I even bought a couple of things.

When I left I thought to myself maybe I won't go back there. Beware how you treat customers because you may lose them by treating them shabbily!
