Robertson plumbing was the contractor for my new house. The quality of their work is the worst I have seen. They failed to hook up the drain pipe from the washing machine. This caused water damage to the bedroom and all the carpet had to be replaced. I have a brand new home with repaired patches on the wall. Also, they didn’t apply enough plumbers’ putty to the jetted tub’s drain and that leaked all over another bedroom and caused damage. When they were called to fix the issue, the installer was rude and unprofessional. They created a big mess and didn't clean up after themselves. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I was finishing my basement and hired Robertson's Plumbing to install the plumbing for a toilet, two sinks and a shower. They gave me a great estimate, but then there were problems. Once completed, I had my tile guy come by to install the bathroom tile. After taking a look at the floor, he stated he could not lay tile on top of the concrete mess Robertson's had made. I called Robertson's who had to come back out, jack hammer the floor back up and redo their work. The guys from Robertson's who came out the second time even stated the work that was first done was wrong. Luckily I did not have to pay again. But then when I asked them to finish the plumbing they did not return phone calls and refused to complete the job. I ended up using B&L plumbing out of Lees Summit who did a great job!
