Extremely high quality work. Removed garage floor, steps to basement and driveway. Replaced every cubic inch as perfect as it could be. Stairs now have comfortable rise and treads. Garage floor has exact grade and smooth surface. Driveway and sidewalk have a custom appearance using curves-not the boxed corners that were there. I requested steel rebar every 12 inches instead of every 18 or 20 inches as is the norm. The rebar was drilled into the existing foundation walls and was tied every 12 inches with the crossing steel. What had been there was just wire fence; the floor had dropped 7" over the years. This was done with minimal cost. The surface of the floor and drive were done by hand by Dennis-a signature finish-not just a broom drug across the surface for texture. While not the lowest bid received-I am confident there will be no need for repairs in my or my grandkids lifetime. With Powell Concrete, you get more than what you pay for. I will use them for any more work.
