If I could give a negative rating I would. My dog could have cut my son's hair better! I wouldn't recommend a cut from this establishment. Worst haircut ever!

Nope......

I have had it! I will not return to this place again.I called today, and was told that my stylist would be there till 4. I rearranged my time and wasted gas to go over there, only to be told she was leaving after the client in her chair was completed. It is always something with those girls! When I first contacted Sport Clips, I made it quite clear I wanted to stay with one stylist for consistency reasons, not to mention, with today's "cattle herding" mentality, I prefer a relationship with people I do business with, especially when I tip fifty percent. That's right FIFTY PERCENT. Though I expect personalized service, I am willing to pay for a job well done. It is clear to me that no one in that place appreciates a client that tips higher than ninety nine percent of their clientele. I am taking it up the road! I will no longer feel like I'm inconveniencing someone any longer. The stylist did not even have the courtesy to come to the front and tell me she was leaving, she had another girl do it, after she personally told me she would be there to cut my hair. I don't know if I am crazy or what, but if I had a client who tipped me like that, I would come in early, stay late, or rearrange my afternoon if possible to keep them happy! the last time I went in, she acted inconvenienced that I was even there. The time before that, I had left work a little early to make it in time for a cut, and was told that she had an insurance application to complete and couldn't cut my hair. This combined with stylists popping gum and talking on personal calls, has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. it has been my experience in life that environment is set from the top down, I would say a managerial overhaul is in order. I am disappointed by the fact that the stylist is actually fairly good, but lacks the professional attitude and courtesy to go with her skill. If you ask me, Tabatha Coffee needs to visit that salon asap......
