DO NOT GO HERE FOR Harman repair, the young guy who calls himself a TECH is NOT! he has no troubleshooting skills at all, he depends soley on his computer and tech support...they charged us 91.00 to come to our house, he was on the phone most of the time and could not figure out what was wrong with my stove..then told us the probe was bad 90% sure, they didn't even have one in stock to fix it, I ordered the part on line, and when that did not solve the problem it took him 4 days to finally call us back to say, oh, the people at Harman say it must be the board since the probe replacement didn't work..WTF???? and they wanted us to pay them another 91.00 to come again after they misdiagnosed the problem to replace the board..the owner told us that the service fee was only to diagnose our machine..but, they diagnosed it wrong, and still told us we had to pay them to come back...the BBB and any one else I can tell will hear my story....Meg from Rogers small engine was the best, she would be so pissed if she knew how these people were screwing up the businesss she built for so many years..DO NOT GO TO J.B.Mak...
