Great service! My server was very knowledgeable about the menu. Big chain sports bars just can't offer the same type of service that a place like the Draft offers!

I scored the Draft 1 out 5 stars for the following reasons. It's more of a bar scene then a restaurant and the menu is mainly fried food. Service was very poor and I had to ask for napkins and silverware. I even had to go the bar to get my own beer and waited 10 minutes to get it. The server went into the back and didn't attend the table for 15 minutes. Amanda who is the bartender apologized but I was struck to listen to her conversation to one of the customers who was sitting at the bar and telling him how bad the service is and the kitchen is "clueless". "It was just a matter of time before this place goes under". I was very dissapointed because I know Claude who is one of the owners and he is a nice guy. I heard from others about the poor service and I really hope the draft succeeds. Poor service will drive you out of business and I hope the owners are aware. Good luck!
