I am totally unhappy with the way this particular outlet treated me as a customer. On 5-15, I went in to purchase a new phone. I was shown a few, and was told that the phone he was showing me was the best they had..brand new, he could cut me a deal on it for 250.00. I bought that phone. After bringing it home, and charging it, I used it . It began to overheat. Took phone back, was told "bring back tomorrow, will change battery". Went to actual Cricket store and was told that phone was no longer on the market, and that I severely overpaid. Also, he should have offered to replace phone or return my money. I went back to store, asked for him to return my money--where he became visibly upset and tried repeatedly to sell me yet another phone. When I demanded a refund, he started to yell that they don't keep that much money in the store, I would have to come back later to get it, and would I like him to prove it to me?? I am going up there now to collect, and I advise anyone considering doing business with this particular branch to go to an actual Cricket store. This one will NEVER have my business again.
