Do NOT call them for service. Called Goldens back over a month ago to have my dishwasher serviced. I was told that the repair man would be out the next day, so I took the day off work and sat around all day. I called at the end of the work day and was told that he was done for the day and I should call be tomorrow morning. A week later he finally comes is here for 5 minutes and leaves, saying he can't get the face plate off. I took it off the next morning no problem. I call him back to come back out, he says it will be a couple of days. Still waiting, so today I call to see what is going on. He says it will be the end of the week and hangs up. I don't know how this incompetent moron is still working and has a job. I will also be checking on his licensing that he claims he has and be reporting this to the BBB among other organizations and certification boards.

The worst place in Liberty! They don't respond to service call and if they do, they don't fix the issue. Been dealing with them for 6 months on my refrigerator and it's still broken! These people are a joke! Never shopping or doing business with them again!
