This gym has the worst customer service. That make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership, even for tanning. The employees there are so unprofessional-when my roommate signed up a guy actually took her phone number from her application and called her! It's like a singles club in there. I went back to my old gym, even though it's the same amount monthly with less ammenities. I wouldn't suggest this gym to anyone.
