Licking Junior High/High School is an educational institution that serves students in grades 7 through 12. The school offers classes in math, science, social studies and language arts. Its library media center houses newspapers, periodical subscriptions, and more than 9,000 volumes of fiction, nonfiction and reference materials. Licking Junior High/High School provides special education and Title I programs. In addition, the school operates a booster club and offers membership opportunities in the Family Career and Community Leaders of America. Its guidance curriculum promotes academic achievement and positive mental health. Licking Junior High/High School also offers a range of sports activities, such as basketball, baseball, cheerleading and cross-country. The school operates a parent-teacher organization and is governed by the Licking R-VIII School District.
