Try to email, fax, UPS, FedEx and use Facebook for anything you can use to get around USPS especially the office in Licking, MO 65542. The man that works in there acts like he works at the DMV and wants to go out of his way to figure out how he can NOT help you and send you on your way frustrated without service. For one of MANY instances; My son had a 2nd grade Flat Stanley Project that he has mailed to my mom in Seattle WA. Nana took flat Stanley to ALL the Seattle tourist hot spots and even Papa took him to Boeing. They packed Flat Stanley in a tube mailer with all sorts of souvenirs for my sons class. The not-helpful-man at the Licking USPS admitted he received it but could not figure out why it was not delivered and since it was scanned as delivered we could not get a refund of postage, insurance etc. Thank goodness most of the time I can use other forms of communication and am able to sidebar the USPS.
