The doctor is one of the best I have been to. Compassionate and listens very well. Does not give up on your issues. However, her staff is the WORST. With script in hand I was told to call back in a few days for my CT referral. I was in severe pain. I have now been calling 8 days! Leaving messages with staff and on machine. NOBODY calls me back. Pain has gotten worse and still no calls. I can change my doc through insurance but it will take over a week an then I must start process over again with another doctor and I like this one. But now the wait is doing me damage... It is a shame.
