Great experience. Car was good. No issues. Reserved on the Internet and was able to go straight to car from shuttle. My only suggestion is to work on their bathrooms. Dirty and awful. But car was good.

Smooth experience all away around and one I have duplicated each year at Alamo!!!

One of the worst Car Rental experience we had during the return.



We were accused of creating holes in the bumper even though i showed paperwork signed by their employee which showed three holes and scratches on front bumper when we picked up the car. Will NEVER again rent from Alamo and advise people I know to avoid them. The manager who handled the return ignored the paperwork which listed all damages marked during our pick up and was accusing of the damage that was already there and paperwork signed by their employee during rental pickup.



Please STAY AWAY from renting from ALAMO. I was with my entire family (including Kids) when this was going on during the rental car return process. My Kids had all kind of questions after that incident on why the manager was behaving such after we had documented and they had signed the paperwork before pickup...

I got a great rate for a three week rental. I had a issue with the keyless remote not working properly so they gave me another car, no questions asked.

We pick our car in was out on the road in 10 min.love Alamo. They need to clean the windshield on the in side. The car was great.

Rented from Alamo in Nov. What a breeze. Easy, quick pick up and drop off. A lot of cars to choose from. Friendly customer service. Car in great shape and super clean. Would use them again!

While there, I had a very good experience. The first car I received needed service because the oil life had expired. I returned it within hours and was given another car immediately.

But 4 days later when I returned home, I received a damage claim. When calling the Service Center, I was told the claim was for a damaged tire on the 1st car that I returned. Upon disputing this scenario, they said they would take care of the problem.

The employees were very friendly and accommodating, which would be the main reason we would return. The pre-check in, however, could use some work. We tried to do it from the plane, but didn't realize until the last screen that we had to have a paper printout, rather than just displaying the confirmation on our phone; I would expect an island that has banned plastic bags to take steps towards becoming paperless as well, but that's just my opinion. Luckily, the staff did what they could to get us out of there as quickly as possible and did so with a smile on their faces.

We tried the pre check in option and were able to bypass the counter. There was a line of 30 people and we walked right past them to the lot and started picking our car. Felt like a celebrity!
