They held my boxes for nine days shipper shows the receiving them on the first and I didn't receive it until the 10th and only then after trying to track it down through the shipper very poor business I went to pick up product there before and found packaging stored improperly box is clearly marked do not lay flat do not stack were laid flat and then stacked on top of each other
