Kamehameha Schools' (KS) Hawaii campus, located in Kea'au, occupies a 300-acre property and enrolls K-12 students. The school's curriculum aims to prepare students for post-high school opportunities. A career academy program offered at the school covers arts and communication, engineering and design, business and leadership, health and wellness, and science and natural resources. The school offers several athletic programs and variety of summer school activities. KS group of schools was founded in 1996, and is a private charitable educational trust endowed by the will of Hawaiian Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
