I WILL NEVER EAT AT JOES TO GOES AGAIN!!!! I ordered food from them several times; each time getting worse. My order was made correctly once, and that was only because I complained to the manager. They were very nice about it at that point. So I continued to order from them. However, my food was never made correctly again, and then they always have attitudes about service complaints. They claimed they will no longer deliver to my job because they thought I was calling to complain about a 2hr late, cold, and incorrect meal; but it was actually someone else. I think someone should do something about their quality of food and service. How is it right for places to serve precooked chicken? I had to go to the ER twice, once for Joe's to Go and once for Papa John's. The food quality of restaurants and service in Gwinnett County is horrible. Consumers are paying for high priced bad food and bad service.

If your food is actually delivered on time, it will be disgusting. You might as well cook it yourself, use inferior ingredients and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes before you subject yourself to this. If the food is not on time, be happy that they offer you a 5% discount on your next order instead of replacing it.
