I used to love Moe's nachos. A commercial inspired me to stop for some on the way home, and what I got was totally insulted and awful food.
Laura took handfuls of toppings and mounded them in the center of the nachos, I asked her to please distribute them around the plate, so she put her full hand on my food and pressed down, breaking them all.
Her coworker, Maisa Chavez, came over, translated what i wanted and Laura began throwing, literally splatting the rest of what i wanted on top like a child would throw a spitball at the wall, both women looked at me like I had two heads.
I asked "Is it too much effort to distribute or sprinkle toppings?" I got smirks.
When I asked for the manager, I was told she wasn't there and was hard to reach, and not to bother calling the store. Marisa refused to give me the store number, or corporate number. No worries, I looked it up and have filed a complaint.
Dont bother going to this Moe's.. there was no seasoning on anything, either, it was a tasteless soggy plate of yuck by the time I got home, adding insult to injury.
