the owner very rude, talked bad words and even tryed to hit a friend of mine that was helping me and dropped my trailer with his truck on their property for wich i was paying in time with no issues. By the way dont have a dumpster no water, and you can not do oil changes or work on your truck. Found another parking lot in less than 2 minutes.
