Used this company to remove a large tree (12/15). Roque was and is a great salesman. We made a deal to remove a difficult tree. Not sure I how I contacted him b/c I always used homeadvisor references (of course he was not one). WRONG DECISION! We started out with $1600 but Roque add $200 b/c it was a difficult tree and he needed to rent a bucket truck. Well sadly, the tree fall on my house. He did not rent the truck nor did he decrease my bill. Roque even tried to get me to split the cost of repair with him (I knew then he was not insured). He had a handyman remove siding and attempt to fix the damage. If he was insured, the siding would have been replaced not reused and the gutters would have matched the existing gutters. the fence he took down would've been put back steady. A heavy wind and rain in 6/16 took down the gutter and weaken the siding and fence. Don't use a company who you aren't sure is insured. You'll be taking a big risk. Now I have to sue to get things done right.
