Provided by YP.comAwful company! Owner, Michael, came out and "repaired" AC. Only worked for a few days. Had him come out over 7 times in the last 6 months and the AC is sill not fixed. Every time I call to have him come out, it takes at least a week to hear back to schedule. And now that he doesn't know how to fix it, he has refused to return my calls. The receptionist, Sam, is rude and completely useless. She has no updates for me and only says she will let Michael know. She always says she will call me back and has not touched base with me once. I have i always call them. They are not concerned about the customer in the slightest and are never empathetic. Never promt and horrible communication. Use a different company!!
We disagree with this review. If this was accurate we would not have a BBB Rating of A+ and be an accredited business.

I have left several messages with people who answered the phone & on your answering machine with not one call returned. I was given a verbal quote both times your service men were here of $600 which is ridiculous. I FINALLY talked to a man yesterday telling me that the cost could go as high as $845. June 28th was my first contact with your company & my unit is still not working!
I have filed complaints with Consumer Affairs & BBB. I intend to plaster Facebook about my service and will ask my friends to forward to their friends & so on, not only regarding your company but American Home Shield.

The cost was related to non covered items by her home warranty. We were upfront with the out of pocket cost.

Provided by YP.comHome repair company dispatched this provider to repair our AC unit. Tech troubleshooted issue and stated it was a compressor issue. Week later the Tech replace compressor with WRONG Compressor, causing our system to overheat and fail again. The owner of the company avoids phone calls and refuses to correct the work to manufacturers specs.
We installed the compressor that was sent by the owners home warranty company. There was not an issue with the compressor. The issue was a leaking evaporator coil. The owner did speak with Vance, he was immediately hostile and after several requests asking the customer to have a civil tone we contacted his home warranty company and requested them to find another vendor.
