This place is a "Den of Snakes" - the salesman lie & the General Manager swears to it. I will told so many different lies - going into it would just upset me further. The salesman yelled at me yesterday then today because I refused to come into his office he told me to "Get Out" he wasn't selling me any kind of car! The GM came out to talk to me & I told him all the lies that were told to me by the salesman & he acted as if that was perfectly ok. He finally did tell me the truth after 5 visits to the dealership! All they had to do was tell me the truth but unfortunately the salesperson also lied to the lenders that he sent my credit app to & acted as if that is the correct way to do business! I will never ever set foot in that building again & I would never refer anyone to them. I went across the street to Heister Dodge & was told the truth & helped. I have done business with them for years & should have never went across the street!!!! You have been warned! One Star is still too much!

I had them change out a fuel pump on my truck. They left garbage and old fuel pump parts in the fuel tank. It took a while but eventually that garbage got sucked up into the fuel system and caused more damage. The General Manager refuses to take responsibility for his shops actions. I don't recommend this place for service.

Do not trust anyone at the "new' precision Ford!!!!
