At the end of March my father passed away. His car came up for inspection and since it was a stick my husband had to drive it to get it inspected. He went to another facility in Lillington to get the car inspected and their internet was down. He was unable to get it inspected there and that company referred him to Sunshine Quick Lube. The person that helped my husband was extremely rude and talked harshly to my husband. He failed my dad's car because of the window tint which we knew nothing about. Now the car is flagged and not only do we have to pay to get it taken care of we had to deal with someone who was very unprofessional.My husband is a polite man and works int he community. He didn't deserve to be spoken to this way. He was even accused of trying to hide the windows which we knew nothing about. The vehicle is not ours and was done for a favor for my mom. I will never use this company or recommend it to others. How can a company treat people this way?
