Krissy is innovative & on top of her game! She is one of the first in Lima, Ohio to deliver the talent of eyelash tint & lift & brow tint which has waxing included in price. She took the time to explain everything step by step as she worked & I absolutely love my results❤😊 I was also made to feel very comfortable throughout the process. I'd also like to say this is the best brow wax I have ever received!! I plan on going back to get my hair done very soon! Ty Krissy❤

I was so upset when I walked in. My hair was ruined by a lady at another salon. Amber sat down with me and went over some ideas to fix it. When she was done I was so happy! My hair looked great. I will be a life-long customer! Thanks Amber!

They say walk-ins welcome but I called to be safe. They did not have an open appointment for mani/pedi until three days later and they recommend booking it a week in advance. They must only have one nail artist?? Seems strange. Three stars to be fair since I didn't actually get an appointment. But beware if you want to 'walk in'.
