Made appointment 9/14 @3pm, no call, no show. Called him at 5pm and he rescheduled the appointment for 9/15 @ 3pm, once again no call, no show. Called him at 5:30 and he said he would be out on 9/17 at 11:30, shows up at 12:15 and wants to charge $550 for a $20 well pressure gauge.

I refused service, both technicians agreed the price was insane. Receive a call shortly thereafter from the owner saying “ he doesn’t appreciate me wasting HIS time”. While the wife’s in the background yelling, he never made any appointments with you.

We had no water this morning in our renters' camp. We called D&M Well Co and they came out within the hour and replaced the pump. Super nice guys and reasonable rates! Will call them again if we need help Thanks!
