I am not a mani/pedi person because I have had a sensitive big toe due to an old injury, and it's always just been easier to paint my own toes. I was treated to a pedicure for myself and my daughter by my mom today (thanks, mom!) at California Nails in Lincoln. A great gal named Stacy did my toes - and took special care of my big toe as soon as I mentioned it. She was so nice, made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter (age 12) was taken care of by another female who was really quiet but did a good job, I did not catch her name; my mom had her pedicure done by a male, who was really friendly and did a great job! We had an appointment and were seated as soon as we came in (this was a Thursday morning) but lots of folks walked-in for manicures or pedicures while we were there - they did a good job accommodating all - it was a busy place by the time we left! I would advise calling for an appointment. I am definitely planning to go back, and asking for Stacy!
