i dropped my daughters laptop off trying to find out how much to fix. they were busy at the time said he would call with the price. well he called told me he had even ordered the part then told me how much said i could not afford that. well tried to pick it up and he told me i owe him $45 just for looking at it. there was no mention of this when i dropped it off otherwise i would not have dropped it off to him. so now he is ransoming my daughters laptop. there are no signs saying there is a charge just for looking at it. don't use this place he threatened to call the police on me if i walked out with the laptop. he told me the police would be on his side and he has seen this several times before did not dawn on me then that others have had this problem before. he needs to be stopped
