I have taken my vehicles to Duvall's for several years now. I have had only quality, honest service there. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and fortunately, I have found one. I've never been charged for items that weren't needed and his labor rates are great. I've never had a problem paying for parts up front; actually, it only makes sense. By keeping his parts inventory low, he can keep his labor rates low too. He has always explained the benefits and risks of using refurbished parts to me. I have recommended Duvall Automotive to several friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future.

After 6 months, my car's cruise control is not fixed. I took my car to Mr Duvall's shop since I read positive reviews that were a few years old. Unfortunately for me, the experience was quite frustrating and without resolution. Not only does Mr Duvall require money up front for parts before any work can be accomplished, he also does not communicate the status of the job or if the job can be accomplished at all. After dropping my car of on Monday, I would have to go to his shop Friday to inquire about the car since calls are not returned. This happened several times since I wanted to give him a chance to make this right. Unfortunately for me, my car's cruise control has not been fixed and now I'm out $160 for the refurbished cruise control module he put in that still does not work. Just a warning other people on the service Mr Duvall provides, since this is a prime example of how hard it is to find an honest car mechanic.
