The provider at this daycare spends an inordinate amount of time on personal calls and the internet on sites such as myspace, facebook, etc. Her own daughter has behavioral issues that other toddlers have picked up from her. When the daycare toddlers beginning exhibiting these learned behaviors, she places blame on them and their parents and accepts no responsibility for her own daughter teaching them. She takes FREQUENT days off (with pay) making it very difficult on parents.
