Founded in 1962 by Russ Raybould and Clayton Burnett, B&R Stores is an employee-owned corporation headquartered in Lincoln, Neb. The company owns more than 15 stores across Nebraska and Iowa. With approximately 2,000 employees, it operates Russ s Market, Super Saver and ALPS. Russ s Market operates a butcher shop and produce, delicatessen, floral, bakery, pharmacy and video departments. Super Saver s wine division provides a variety of riesling, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and sparkling.
