Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I made an appointment for a haircut, deep conditioning treatment, ombre highlights and a style. Taryn washed my hair, cut it and then styled it and said she was all done, I corrected her and told her I was suppose to get the ombre highlights and conditioning as well, at that time she already had another client coming in and wanted to reschedule me but I couldn't because I live an hour and a half away and was leaving for vacation in a couple days. So she had to rush and do my hair and this other girls at the same time. Because the appointment took longer than expected as soon as she washed my hair again I had to leave ( I was late picking up my daughters and dinner with my family) I did not have time for her to style my hair again and do the conditioning treatment. After rushing out the door and in the car I get my glasses back on, while I'm driving only then do I realize she gave me regular highlights and not the ombre like I wanted. The next day I called and left a voicemail asking to get a new appointment to fix my hair and no one called back. I continue to call with no answer and sent a couple emails explaining what happened trying to get a new appointment with no response. It's been over a month and no one has called me back. I would never go back to this place, Yes I got the haircut, but I did not get the conditioning treatment, wrong highlights and went to dinner with soaking wet hair. And to top it all off no one has made an attempt to correct this. Waste of money and time!
