I bought my son a futon for Christmas and I was fortunate enough to be referred to Futopia. They literally had more futons on display than every other store I had shopped at COMBINED! I was floored by the selection and by the owner's knowledge of his products.



Not only was I able to find a frame and mattress appropriate for my college bound boy, but I was able to save a considerable amount over the other wood frames I had looked at at other stores.



The store has a fun, vibrant atmosphere and, in talking with the owners, I can see where it gets it's fun-loving feel. In addition to being able to answer every question I had (and even anticipate a few I might not have thought of) they were quick to make me feel at home and more like an old friend than a customer. There was never any pressure to buy and they went above and beyond the call of duty to provide world class customer service.



This is one local business I am happy to recommend to everyone!

After stopping in to Futopia to look for a cover for my old futon all I can say is, "WOW"! There were, literally, hundreds of fabrics to choose from. I had no idea the kind of selection that is available.



The owner of the store was extremely helpful while I was looking at fabrics. He actually directed me towards an LESS expensive fabric not once but TWICE because he thought it would better suit my needs! He even joked that he's not much of a salesman...he should be selling UP not down.



The selection is great and the customer service is fantastic. If you are looking for anything futon related I highly recommend you check Futopia first.

I was very happy with the service that I received at Futopia. John was pleasant, knowledgable, and understood my needs without being pushy. I will recommend them to all my friends.

After moving back to Nebraska from the East Coast I was pleasantly surprised to find Futopia when I went looking for a futon for my new apartment.



The selection of futon frames was more than I've ever seen in one place! The staff was not only friendly but VERY knowledgable. They really know thier products and how to explain them to you.



They also had a HUGE selection of futon covers. Literally hundreds of fabrics to choose from.

I have never experienced such rudeness in my life! Someone by the name of John, who said he was the owner, helped me-or that's what he should have done! I was in there with my baby and all he did was try to talk me into the most expensive thing in the store and tell me my child was being too loud. When I explained that I needed something in the next few days because I had guests coming in, all I got was excuses as to why they couldn't get it for me. It seams they have nothing in stock-even if you can pick it up! He used bad language and was extremely rude to me. As a customer I expect courtesy! I got none! I got excuses and a lot of bad behavior! I will not shop there again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
