I called to have a chain shortened and the jeweler was able to do it right away while I waited. Just happened that the weather was bad and no one was out shopping there at that time. The jeweler spent several minutes being sure the length was correct and that I was satisfied. (I had purchased it at another store and was too embarrassed to go back there as I insisted on the longer length!) However, I think this was serendipitous, as the store is small and filled will beautiful, classy, original pieces of jewelry, pottery and watercolor and the owners are helpful, friendly and not pushy. I purchased a very nice gray and charcoal multi-strand bead necklace while I was there, as the pieces are tastefully displayed and this piece called out to me! I will recommend to my friends that they check out Heart of Gold Jewelers for service and for a unique and beautiful selection of original jewelry.

Excellent one of a kind pieces and fine jewelry repair! Wow, these guys know what they're doing! You can't find customer service like this these days.
