This # is just a call center. Good luck on getting a hold of someone. They always tell you the same thing to like "send it in". The love to use that phrase. heres 1 example of why you should think twice about making your purchase there. I purchased a blade 350qx drone brought it home, set everything up and went to fly it and there was an interference issue with my GoPro (which it showed a picture on the box and came with the camera holder for the GoPro) and it shot off on its own and crashed. I went back into the store and the only thing they could say was " you need to send it in" There customer service is terrible.

I think I am calmed down enoug...

I think I am calmed down enough now to write and unbiased review. I'm a member of a small church. (800 Members) I work in the soundroom at my church. I am responsible for filming the service and then sending it out each week to the shut-ins and nursing home folks.I send out 15 copies of each service each week. My filming problem was that our camera was stationary and I could only zoom in and out which limited the filming event greatly. I tried finding a reasonably pricec tilt and pan gimbal, but having to fund it out of my own pocket was prohibitive. So I went to the local Hobbytown shop and explained to them what i was trying to do. They were very helpful and after the purchase, the one question that I asked was if this doesn't work out, can I return this equipment for a refund? Oh yes, was the reply. no problem. A higher authority asked me to postpone using the equipment I had bought because someone had heard of my plight and decided to provide the necessary gimbal. This took place over a period of about 3 months. Mind you now, this equipment had never left the bag i brought it home in over the entire 3 months. I tried to return the equipment this past may 4 and was informed that they didn't refund money on electronic equipment. I explained that it had nevdr been out of the bag or boxes. After a consultation with the "owner" it was decided to offer me a deal. 25% restocking fee and a gift card for something in the store.

I have no use for the equipment I purchased and I refuse to be taken advantage of in that manner.

I am 73 years old, and there is nothing in their store that I was interested in.
